    Is Takeoff Moving license and insured as commercial and office movers?

    Takeoff Moving has all necessary licenses to fully operate commercial moving services including an Article of Incorporation, CVOR, and Certificate for household items transportation. The company insurance policy covers all trucks, cargo, and general business liability.

    Will you provide proper equipment to protect office furniture?

    Takeoff Moving provides all necessary protective equipment at no cost. It includes blankets, shrink wrap, tapes, and floor runners to protect both office furniture and property to move in/out.

    What happens if I have multiple drop off or pick up locations during office relocation?

    Adding multiple destinations for your office moving is not an issue at all. There are no additional charges but, obviously, driving to multiple locations will take extra time. Since we operate on a per hour basis, that means the cost will be higher. Additionally, we are happy to break up the move into multiple components if that is something you prefer. We do have a 2 1/2 hour minimum on all of our moves so it may be better to do it all at once or at least in large blocks.

    Are there any items we should move ourselves before office moving crew arrives?

    There are a few things that we prefer commercial customers to handle themselves if possible. These items include cash/gift cards, important items from the safe, super fragile breakables, lampshades, etc.

    These 3 men did an amazing job moving my mom into her new ''smaller'' house.
    It's been a long, difficult, and very emotional process, but these 3 put our minds at ease even after realizing we totally underestimated the amount of stuff we really have!!
    So after all the blood, sweat and tears (mostly mine, the tears that is), and a 12h day, they made it happen, and for the most part, with a smile on their beautiful faces !!!

    I recommend Takeoff Moving Company to anyone who's moving. These guys are the best. 3 men and all 3 know exactly what they're doing. I have no complaints at all. They're very professional respectful, punctual and don't slack at all. They were so good we gave them a $100 tip. I mean if we had more we would've gave them more. They did what I thought would be a 5 hour job in 3.5 hours. Not to mention if you pay cash, they give you a deal. Cheers to Abdul and his crew.

    The best experiences I’ve had with the moving.
    George was really nice and made sure everything goes as planned and as he said they are trying to make the moving less stressful for you.
    Their rate is suitable and they charge only for hours not the equipment or boxes. You can ask whatever you need for the moving
    They came on time, double checked before the arrival and they started to on time.
    They were fast and reliable, and they were really cautious with the movements.
    Also, they rapped anything that we didn’t have time with blankets and made a cover for the mattress.
    The truck was a good size and they didn’t have to smoosh things together.
    The load of was easy too, and they put everything as we directed to each room.
    Overall, I was so happy with the moving and I didn’t have to lift a finger with during that time.
    Also, the price estimate was accurate and they didn’t charge extra.
